Tour Plan
Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from the airport or your Nairobi hotel. You will
then travel the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, stopping quickly for refreshments and refueling at
Mtito Andei Town. By lunchtime, you will arrive at the Tsavo East entrance, where you will
have an en-route game drive to your lodge.
After lunch, explore this magnificent park, which is well-known for its massive red herds of
elephants, but you can also spot lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and zebras. You can also see the Yatta
Plateau, the longest lava flow in the world, and the Aruba Dam, where the animals gather to
drink. Later, spend the night and dinner at the lodge.

Early morning short game drive, followed by breakfast and, if you're lucky, you will have a
chance to see the predators hunting their prey, before heading to Tsavo West to search for the
Big 5. Other notably sites to visit include the Mzima springs, where animals and birds head for
water, Sheep Hill, where you can get a clear view of the park and take breathtaking pictures,
dinner, and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast you will check out the lodge and have an en-route game drive as you leave the
park. The driver guide will drive you to Mombasa or Nairobi with a drop off at the airport or
your hotel late in the afternoon.
